·  Proficient in Verizon provisioning data system such as PC, SNM, TCOMS and VDDS

Sr Circuit Designer & Provisioning- Responsibilities included:

·  Served as technical lead within the group to help and assist the other designers to recognize and resolve the issues. This role had been recognition by received the Cell Pilot Designer awards.

·  Strong Knowledge of TDM, SONET, Ethernet transport system and ILEC/CLEC provisioning environment.

·  Worked on Ethernet access network to create layer 2 and layer 3 in design and provisioning. Provisioned Verizon Ethernet network including some third party networking and ordered equipment. Sent ASR to carriers. Monitored and escalated for loop delivery after the design is complete. Supported any questions that may require for Move, Add, Change or Disconnect

·  Analyzed problems and made decisions that impact projects and meet customer requirements. Coordinated the tasks associated with provisioning systems. Worked with IT to debug defects on new releases.

·  Responsible for producing high quality deliverable in a timely manner

·  Reviewed, audit and de-provisioned disconnect circuits and orders but not disconnected on provisioning data systems to save capacity for new service.

 

·  Subject matter expert in Provisioning Controller (PC), BGW, Mecca, TCOMS, ASR, F&E, COMS, OrderPro, SNM, VDDS and system issues. Knew well provisioning and circuit design processes.

·  Mentor other designers as well as other team members in the Ethernet Cell Pilot team to become more familiar with the design and provisioning. Assisted management with questions and provided some quick instructional technical design processes.

·  Had attention to detail. Always reviewed and ensured that the information provided is accurate and complete. Followed the process precisely and bought any issues to the management when needed.

·  Developed many circuit design procedure documents for the team to use as the standard processes. Supported any questions that may follow for Move, Add, Change service order request

·  Worked closely with Sale Engineers, Capacity Access Engineers, Network Engineers, OSP Engineers and Testers to design and provisioning Verizon Ethernet network on NXT1, DS3, OCn TDM and all other Ethernet circuit types for on-net and off-net locations.

·  Worked with IT to debug system issues on new releases.

·  Helped Cell Managers with multiple provisioning processes, technical problems.  Coordinated, tracked, provisioned with third party vendors via conference calls or formal documents for new services, changes, re-designs and disconnects.

·  Have strong knowledge of LEC, CDR, SAR, ICB, CCR, NNI and Inet PER

Network Engineer-Responsibilities included

·  Coordinated price and capacity check from difference Vendors and LECs to get the cheapest price and reserve capacity for the circuits.

·  Provided LOA, CFA, Mux message and slotted circuit for testing

·  Worked extensively with TI, B&E, Designers and Account Team to get circuit dispatch, test and turn up for customers

·  Sent multiple clean ASRs to LEC and Vendors

·  Updated provisioning system such as Cameo, SNM, and VDDS with correct information and data. Utilized design checklists to determine circuit’s requirements and disconnected any segments with LEC and provisioning system on disconnect circuit.

·  Ability to deal with logical port assignment errors and issues.
